Conditions for using the Cozy Flat Monate website and sending booking enquiries.
Purpose of the website
The website presents the accommodation and allows availability enquiries. Sending an enquiry is not a booking, does not automatically hold dates and does not trigger a charge.
Prices and confirmation
Displayed prices, discounts, fees and totals are indicative. Availability, final price, payment, cancellation and house rules are communicated and accepted separately.
Guest information
Users must provide accurate information, including dates, number and ages of guests and pets. Maximum capacity is 5 adults and children combined unless confirmed otherwise in writing.
Acceptable use
Fraudulent use, interference with security or availability, unauthorised admin access and unlawful content are prohibited.
Content and links
Text, photographs, branding and graphics may not be reused without permission. External platforms are governed by their own terms.
